Ordered a couple hats from here but unfortunately had to return them just because they were a bit too big. I emailed to say I was returning them and got a reply from Erlind who was very helpful, he oversaw my refund and I received it the next day! Excellent customer service!

Recently had an issue where the style of hat I selected was not what was going to be used for the custom hat I had ordered but after contacting customer service (her name was Moa), she was pretty quick to reply and get my issue sorted out (the very next day) as well as made me aware of a potential logo issue so we worked to address that as well. Really great experience so far and I am very excited to see what the final product will look like when it arrives :)

They were very friendly and so helpful when I wanted to cancel my order. I shopped around and thought I foind the same hat for cheaper. But it turned out this company were cheaper. Ordered a hunter hat and get it so fast than thought. It's just superb and perfect. Wearing the hat I feel like a hunter for a short time. Really it's so nice in real more than the picture. Very Pleased with the service. Thank you.

Hello - I had an issue where I ordered a hat on line and it arrived shortly thereafter, but didn't meet my needs. I contacted support at the hat store Canada and asked if they could help. Aziz the technical sales rep took my information and was able to produce the hat that I needed. So I completed the order increasing the quantity to two! Great job Aziz!
